Meaningful Use stage 3 requires publishing a terms of use for the API (FHIR)
I think it would be good to put the URL for the terms of use directly in the conformance
I don't see a natural place for it, so that would be a (custom) extension
Bad idea? Good idea? Different suggestions anyone?
