Hello, for the CPT-all value set described here: https://www.hl7.org/fhir/cpt.html and listed in the bundle-valueset.json, is there a CodeSystem resource published somewhere for that?

The url listed is http://www.ama-assn.org/go/cpt , but I don't know how to turn that into an enum set
