I am trying to get data from PHR using oauth but getting back 500 errors.
Sending the request here: https://fhirsandbox2.kanta.fi/phr-resourceserver/baseStu3/Observation
getting back an Internal Server Error with '{"resourceType":"OperationOutcome"}' body.

And also, I do send in headers the access token: "Authorization": "Bearer xxxxxxaccess_token"

Yep, you do need to authorize (it's returning a proper unauthorised error now)
