I notice that the example data (e.g., hl7.fhir.core/4.0.0/package/Patient-example.json) are not present in the 4.0.1 npm package. Is this intentional?

ah I think I see - looks like it was separated out into a separate npm, hl7.fhir.r4.examples, whereas they used to be in hl7.fhir.r4.core

actually, can you help me understand the 4.0.1 hl7.fhir.r4.examples ? Seems like there is a directory "package", that contains a ton of json files, but there is also a couple of directories, including a package directory. This package directory also has a package directory :/
