- the version is a problem - it should be 0.1.0 not 1.0.0.
- the header and footer need updating
- there's no package-list.json

@Grahame Grieve Fixed per new QA pub requirements. I get the following requirement :
package-list.json: No entry found for version 0.2.0
But this is the current version. I can make it either current or "0.2.0" .
If I make it 0.2.0 , the following comes up although "desc" is already present.
package-list.json entry: must have a 'desc' (though the value doesn't matter)
