My local build doesn't have new resources in the java/r4 /models class library - like SpecimenDefinition which has been recenlty committed to SVN and my experimental local CaseReport resource. I thought they would be automatically created with a new full build, when are they created? Asking because was trying to use in new resource in an IG...

the build generates them in \temp on every execution, but I only manually update the build code occasionally. Typically, updating the build code involves a fair bit of programming and should only be done by someone who understands the build pretty welll
