It didn't seem to fire for SDC either when I triggered a re-build from the IG list webpage

thanks for the at-mention. I'm outside of good internet range most of the next few days -- does it look like an intermittent problem, or is it fully broken?

Richard and I are both seeing the issue. Not sure if there's something different with our IGs or if it's an intermittent issue and we just both happen to be 'lucky'...

May not help, but I can confirm it did not pick up my commit to the genomics-reporting IG today as well.

My web-hook (eCR) seems to be working now (it wasn't last night). Also I'm back to 0 bad links - thanks @Grahame Grieve!
