After my last commit, none of the added or modified value sets were expanded. Each value set says "This value set could not be expanded by the publication tooling: (no error returned)" The value sets did expand for my local build before I committed. Is there something I did wrong here?

@Grahame Grieve Not sure if this is related to the prior issue I reported or not, but I am seeing more issues with the value set expansion. For example, http://hl7-fhir.github.io/valueset-medication-statement-status.html has 4 codes, yet it says "include all codes defined in http://hl7.org/fhir/medication-statement-status" yet http://hl7.org/fhir/medication-statement-status shows 6 codes (after adding stopped and on-hold). Is this a known issue or something I did wrong when adding the new codes?
