ok - I did a search and didn't see an obvious reason that it was being generated

It's from the metadata page in your spreadsheet

I saw lots of similar links in various spreadsheets (not only in Composition). The spreadsheet links make sense, but there is only this one strange non-tracked file that is created by the build.
