The build still does:
[java] Produce csharp Reference Implementation 0.001 69sec 428MB [java] Produce javascript Reference Implementation 0.02 69sec 428MB
I thought we voted to move the JS code generation (which is still, AFAIK, broken) out of the FHIR build and spec. And I thought the C# stuff was being generated outside of the build these days. Am I misunderstanding, or can these go away? Obviously they're not a big time sink, but if they're unused, they should go and the code should be removed.

The c# thing isn't generating anything anymore. I haven't got to deal with the JS thing yet.

in fact, I have to remove the RI generation stuff completely, but I've been doing other more urgent things
