It's not renamed to done, but I think the changes have all been commited?

The same document can appear in multiple folders. Yes, I did apply the Patient Care changes and renamed the document in the "pc" folder as done. I did not rename the document in the other folders

To elaborate, the document contained changes for Questionnaire (which is now owned by FHIR-I) and I didn't make those changes -- I only applied changes for the Patient Care owned resources (e.g. Procedure, Linkage)
