@Josh Mandel there seems to be a problem here - https://fhir.github.io/auto-ig-builder/builds.html shows that cda-core just rebuilt, but there was no notification on committers/notifications ?

Ah, I wasn't passing my Zulip API keys into the build container (this happened when I updated the publisher URL; I accidentally took away the Zulip keys).
