The build site for QI Core IG, http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/fhir-qi-core/, doesn't seem to actually be the latest from GitHub. I was directed to Travis, https://travis-ci.org/HL7/fhir-qi-core, and it says it is inactive.

Travis is not involved in the build process for build.fhir.org, so that's a red herring.

https://fhir.github.io/auto-ig-builder/builds.html shows that "HL7 / fhir-qi-core" last built a month ago.

Looking more, I realize that everything is as expected. I was comparing the wrong web page to github. Thanks, Josh, for the info about the build
