I have a need to create an extension for use with R4, due to an observed deficiency in R4 model. The R5 model is being fixed, but the need exists in R4. The CR for this is GF#19637 - to create an ImagingStudy-multipleProcedureReference extension. How do I create an extension for R4, that is not useful in R5 because R5 has/will be fixed?
