Topic: change CarePlan.careTeam cardinality from 0..1 to 0..*?

GF#10424 - PCWG voted to change CarePlan.careTeam cardinality from 0..1 to 0..*, to allow greater flexibility that is needed for designating and assigning care teams. OK to make this change?

DAF does have a CarePlan profile.

We don't profile that element element in DAF-core need to check with dragon as well

so far it doesn't look like there will be significant impact on current profiles/implementations
better to make the cardinality change now, or wait and add a ballot note?

Thanks. I'll wait a while longer, but I'm not hearing significant objections to making this change. If that remains the case, I'll plan to commit the cardinality change sometime this evening.
