- the stated version fixed-business-version is 2.0 - why? the previous version was 0.1.0, and this should be 0.2.0
- the npm name should be hl7.fhir.us.bser not hl7.fhir.bser

ok thanks both. bser is now good to go. One very minor point: all the menu options in the navbar are capitalised except for 'history'
