Is there a recent workflow issues report? I'd like to make sure there aren't any substantive breaking changes there for the CDS/CQI resources.

each resource has a mapping to the kind of workflow resource pattern. So look at your resources->mapping tab

@Lloyd McKenzie are these tables correct? if not, should they be removed since the report isn't working?

Those are correct so far as I'm aware. The original XSLT-based report was not (though it covered more)
