This is super low priority, but I noticed the following warning on MeasureReport: WARNING:MeasureReport.patient Search Parameter 'MeasureReport.patient' had no found values in any example. Consider reviewing the expression (MeasureReport.subject.where(resolve() is Patient)), but this example has a patient.
