Where is the defined-types value set defined in the source? I see it in release2/valuesets.xml, but that seems unlikely to be the actual source for that valueset?

It's a generated value set - produced internally within the build

So what I'm looking for is an example of a ValueSet that combines other ValueSets. Do I just provide the definition of the ValueSet as a resource in the source directory and then reference it from the binding in the spreadsheet by its canonical url?
