@Brett Marquard @Eric Haas For the C-CDA on FHIR, I'm still getting "unable to summarise profile http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-allergyintolerance (no profile found)" with the new ids for the profiles. I'm assuming that these will get resolved once everything is published? (I've tried to publish daf2 locally, but it looks like it hasn't been updated in a while and it crashes).

Grahame has published it here:http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/index.html

Thanks!

the publish version is a bit stale I just finished applying most of the comments. so if you want a look at the latest is here: http://healthedatainc.com/go-ftp/US-Core/index.html hoping to have that up on the permanent site soon.

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 04 2016 at 06:37):

Cool - thanks Eric... So do I actually have to change anything in our IG? I'm assuming not, and once everything is publshed, those links will resolve and the core profiles will be rendered?

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Dec 04 2016 at 06:38):

where is your IG?

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Dec 04 2016 at 06:38):

the one in svn? I'll look at it tonight

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 04 2016 at 06:38):

Yeah, the one in SVN. Thanks!

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 04 2016 at 06:43):

@Grahame Grieve Let me know if there's something I can do to fix those references - I'll be working on it right up to ballot deadline I'm sure. Can't WAIT until this time Monday!!

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Dec 04 2016 at 18:48):

All work is occurring in a separate git repo, Grahame has posted a version here for review: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/index.html

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:08):

@Grahame Grieve did you manage to take a look at the us core references last night? (@Rick Geimer )

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:10):

Obviously they all work fine when I download the us core stuff to my machine and run the IG publisher on that. But will they work when we publish

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:12):

Let's rephrase. When will US Core be committed to gForge so that C-CDA on FHIR (which depends on DAF) can run a clean build. Do we get an extension on the Dec 4 deadline if US Core is not committed by then?

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:13):

Ok, MAYBE that makes more sense that what I wrote...

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Dec 05 2016 at 04:16):

Why does it matter if its in SVN or GitHub? It is separate from the build.

view this post on Zulip Lloyd McKenzie (Dec 05 2016 at 04:17):

We can't extend much because we're tied to the ballot publication timelines. We've got a bit of a challenge with this cascade of dependencies.

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:17):

Unless I am wrong, US Core is running in a completely different GitHub repository.

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:18):

Which should not be the case ever again if true

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Dec 05 2016 at 04:18):

It's not clear how copying into SVN helps you...

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:18):

So I was thinking, that as long as we hve used the correct ids Like (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-patient) then everything should work fine once we publish. The problem is that it doesn't work when we run it locally, so it makes me very nervous to have undefined profiles.

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Dec 05 2016 at 04:18):

It doesn't automatically publish to a page until @Grahame Grieve 'pushes' a button

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:19):

But I am just ASSUMING that it will all work....

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:19):

I guess my question is, if I sync with gforge, should I get a clean US Core build? I assume yes, but currently the answer is no.

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:19):

I know, that's why I need an assurance from Grahame that the us core stuff will work as long as we are using the correct identifiers

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:20):

Well, the last stuff I pulled down for US Core, worked

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:22):

Brett, if you don't see a problem, try syncing and running the C-CDA on FHIR IG to see what I mean.

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Dec 05 2016 at 04:23):

I know there is a referencing problem, but loading Us-core doesn't solve your problem, we need some love from Grahame, and I am sure he will deliver

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:23):

Yes, that's what I thought - just wanted a little reassurance. And to know I can blame it all on him... HA!

view this post on Zulip Brett Marquard (Dec 05 2016 at 04:23):

PS. US-core isn't even going to ballot....we updated as much as we could to help C-CDA on FHIR, and the connectathon...

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:24):

You're the BEST!

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:25):

Ok, then if we are all in agreement that a clean C-CDA on FHIR build is waiting for the Grahame-stock love-in until everything works in harmony, then we are good.

view this post on Zulip Eric Haas (Dec 05 2016 at 04:26):

http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core is the permanent home for us-core content it will resolve to that. Why do you need a "clean us-core build"? All I thought you needed was the definition.zip file ( see above) and the url. do you need something else? Besides you can get the source from here https://github.com/Healthedata1/US-Core and build it with the IG publisher. When is complete we will copy it to SVN.

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:27):

Sarah, I suggest you and I stop, stating that we believe everything to be content correct. Anything remaining should be ballot QA. Grahame will let us know if there is more work to be done.

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:27):

Already have stopped and stated that above!

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:30):

Eric/Brett: in the future would appreciate regular pushes to gForge when you get a clean build.

view this post on Zulip Rick Geimer (Dec 05 2016 at 04:33):

Would be nice to have one stop shopping when someone needs to run the IG publisher.

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Dec 05 2016 at 04:41):

I will look at it. There's no reason not to have a one stop shop, and no reason to change from github.

view this post on Zulip Grahame Grieve (Dec 05 2016 at 04:41):

I intended to look efore now, but got bogged down with content cahnges before freeze

view this post on Zulip Sarah Gaunt (Dec 05 2016 at 04:42):

Totally understand, and thanks!
