Seems that there might be an issue with the language display expansion validation logic

Gives the error:
The display "English (United States)" is not a valid display for the code {urn:ietf:bcp:47}en-US - should be one of ["English (Region=United States)"]
And the log isn't showing the Region= in the displays available
