I am experiencing backslash issues with the ig-publisher...
http://build.fhir.org/ig/cqframework/opioid-cds -> missing styles and images
http://build.fhir.org/ig/cqframework/opioid-cds/ -> looks good
I think this is an issue with Jekyll permalinks, but not sure about that. I have noticed that several other igs also have this issue (qi-core, argonaut, etc...). It seems as though the US-Core ig handles this case correctly. Any pointers @Eric Haas ?

Thanks! We had a rewrite rule for this but i suspect it got out of order — will fix and report here.
