Patient Care voted to designate AllergyIntolerance.type as Trial Use AND we want that TU designation to apply to the bound value set and code system as well.

However, I noticed that CapabilityStatement has a number of "code" data type elements tagged as TU (e.g. versioning), but the corresponding value set and code system are Normative – which surprised me.

Is that intentional or oversight? Just making sure that I know how to tag both code element (AllergyIntolerance.type) AND its value set and code system as TU as well.

I expect it was an oversight. @Grahame Grieve ?
