CatalogEntry is not in any core resource, only in Catalog which is a standard profile on Composition.

(this is not really about Catalog, I just noticed that while standard profiles deserve their own url in the build ( http://build.fhir.org/vitalsigns ) they are not mentioned in the references. Possibly it would pollute the references, but I was just wondering if it this is just left out deliberately or was never considered
