This can then be used for both chaining and _include processing.
And while I'm here, appointment calls this property supportingInformation, where serviceRequest calls it supportingInfo

OO owns ServiceRequest. The request workflow pattern names it supportingInfo, which means that Appointment might be in the minority calling it supportingInformation
