@Dave Hill I just got a security alert (and a PR - https://github.com/FHIR/davinci-pdex-plan-net/pull/2) for pdex-plan-net. What I don't understand is why the gemfile stuff is even present? It's the only IG that has anything like that

This pull request is NOT against an IG. The plan-net IG is https://github.com/HL7/davinci-pdex-plan-net
It is against some (older?) version of the client for the Plan-Net Reference Implementation.
