@Grahame Grieve, Wondering if this is an issue for normative, there is nothing on the search page to describe how quantity search parameters work for the new Money datatype - Such as is used on the Invoice resource (which is draft)

To pick these up in future, would be good if the tests that check for the existence of example data covering the search indexes also tests that supported types are returned.
(There are 2 other cases with this issue - Consent has a search parameter that can return attatchments - in this case the search parameter definition I believe is incorrect - logged GF#19339)

The other case where we have an issue of this type is in ImmunizationRecommendation for the dose-number search parameter - the resulting value is a positiveInt - which there is no documentation on what to do with that as a token parameter - so don't really know what the bug is here. Suspect the type should be number or Quantity, but there is nothing documented for positiveInt.
