Is it a fair request that the tooling should catch capitalization issues in search FHIRPath expressions? (Refer to GF#13549 for an example, but I see a lot of other examples like this throughout the spec....)

@Grahame Grieve , I just transferred ownership of GF#13549 to tooling. I realized that I can't fix it due to the Goal-spreadsheet not having a FHIRPath expression column with incorrect capitalization. The FHIRPath expression must have been defaulted based on tooling, which likely explains why I saw issues in multiple resources.
