In preparation for moving FHIR from svn to github, all the collateral material in svn has been moved to https://github.com/FHIR/documents. I will delete it from svn as soon as I figure out how to do that

the non-build material is moved already. There's no processes around that material so moving it was trivial.

moving the build process is not so simple. I'd like to have it moved by San Diego meeting, but first we have to write a change plan, and then examine the list of tooling changes need around the process, and then figure out how we change over
