Is there a reason that the Resource maturity levels are all 0 or 1 in the latest build?

We tightened a bunch of validation rules that most resources were violating, so a bunch of resources got demoted. Most of those issues are fixed, so they'll get promoted back up again.

Thanks. I did find it a bit odd that StructureDefinition had reverted to 0... doesn't give one a warm fuzzy feeling
