First of all, thank you for migrating to JIRA, a huge effort and a big thank you to all involved! My first question there is how to reference a JIRA ticket in a Git commit message?

All FHIR ones will start with "FHIR-". Eventually we'll also have"V2-" and"CDA-" prefixes - each handled as a separate namespace.

@Bryn Rhodes I don't know what the best way is. I know we have some github integration but so far that's only been exercised by the UTG project
