I am nearly finished creating the R5 development framework. I think that none of you will need to make any changes to your environment for R5

ok, R5 draft is close - candidate 4.6.0 is posted. I just need to a little bit of work done on the ballot intro page. @Lloyd McKenzie

updated after discussion. Any comments, make them here, and I'll fix. I'll be posting the final version after FMG on Wednesday afternoon
Vassil Peytchev (Apr 13 2021 at 03:13):
Is changing the version to be something like version 5 preview 3 not in scope?
Rob Hausam (Apr 14 2021 at 05:32):
If FHIR#29258 (PR#1260) can be included in the R5 draft, that would be great (and understand if not).
Grahame Grieve (Apr 16 2021 at 05:12):
@Vassil Peytchev not sure what you were asking there
Vassil Peytchev (Apr 16 2021 at 16:03):
I understood the answer to the question on how to manage future versioning was to change from the current scheme where 4.2, 4.4 were snapshots of R5, and instead have 5.0.0-preview1, 5.0.0-preview2, etc. That would make the version of the initial R5 ballot 5.0.0-preview3 (or 5.0.0-ballot1) and not 4.6.
I understand that a change like that may not happen right away, so I was asking if it was postponed for a future opportunity to make the switch.
Grahame Grieve (Apr 18 2021 at 22:30):
FMG hasn't discussed it, and it's not a change I can make without discussion, if not approval, at FMG
