Committers, I have added one more facility as part of adding the history to the spec - a map io changes between R2 and current.

but there's one piece of manual input into the process - a list of path renamings, so that renamed elements are not called 'delete and add'.

that list is in fhir.ini at the end. Can any of you with any eneregy left review either the published mappings or the stated path mappings in fhir.ini for your area of interest
