I have a few questions as I prepare for R5 ballot:

1. If we have normative resource candidates, but want to tag elements as STU, does that need to be applied prior to the freeze on March 6? Or, can we add that STU designation post-freeze?
2. How do I add a ConceptMap to http://build.fhir.org/terminologies-conceptmaps.html? (Why are so many duplicated?)
3. How does the R5 freeze deadline apply to UTG terminology changes? For example, UP-280 is in consensus review now....does that need to get implemented prior to March 6? Is there a given urgency we should select if we'd like the change made for R5?

1. It should be done pre-freeze

3. Stuff in the UTG process is somewhat outside the ballot process, so no, those don't have to be processed. (Reality is that UTG stuff might change at any time independent of the core spec.)

How do I add new concept maps? I need to apply changes for J#28088 and J#28087, but not sure of the process to create a new ConceptMap

• https://vsac.nlm.nih.gov/valueset/2.16.840.1.113883.3.88.12.80.68/expansion/ (contains SNOMED codes)

For example, AllergyIntolerance's ConceptMap for clinical status (between CCDA and FHIR):
