I submitted https://github.com/HL7/fhir/pull/1275 but it doesn't look like checks were ever triggered (reviewing https://dev.azure.com/fhir-pipelines/fhir-publisher/_build?definitionId=42). Tried manually re-sending the webhook event from GH but no dice. @Mark Iantorno is there a known issue? (@Michael Donnelly FYSA)
