- Do we have anywhere a category negation? For example "this product is not compatible with a kosher diet"

- We don't (yet) have category negation. You could have a category that expressed a negation. E.g. "Kosher-incompatible". Whether that would be useful/reflect common practice, I don't know.
- I presume it would be similar to Medication. There isn't really any who, when or why because it's describing a 'thing' rather than an 'action'.

I don't see one for NutritionProduct. While we work on that proposal, I already pushed my branch with a first canvas for the resource - should I create a Jira ticket and preapply or we wait? No urgency except showing the rest of the group something to challenge and enrich.

Totally fine to push the resource before approval of the proposal. In fact, it's common for the FMG to ask to see the draft resource in the build before the consider the proposal
