I'm getting brand new LOINCs for the vitals panel. Rob H informed me is breaking the build. How do we apply that? Assuming has to be coordinated with the terminology server.

I had an error explicitly due to the LOINC code - I agree the DosageInstruction error was there, too

I have to explicitly add the pre-release loinc codes to build\source\loinc\loinc.xml

and I know that last name is goofy but all the good names were taken and is 4 component panel including diastolic and systolic.
