I 'm not certain where to ask this .. but how the MetadataResource applied? It is different for IG resource ( Title is missing) vs SD ( approvalDate etc missing) is it pattern instead of a metadataelement?

MetadataResource is used for generating structure definitions that inherit a certain set of attributes. It gets referenced in your spreadsheet.

I thought it was used in all the conformance resources. (E.g. IG ) but noted differences
