I just logged GF#17364 to fix all of the MedicinalProduct* examples because the examples are of AdverseEvent.
@Grahame Grieve can the build tooling be updated so it causes an error when a resource's example is not that same resource?
For example, look at:

We wouldn't always want an error. However a suppressant warning might be a good idea. (Type might be Bundled or perhaps you want to show an example of a contained resource.)

Thanks @Grahame Grieve -- in the meantime, I am maintaining bogus MedicinalProduct* examples anytime I make updates to AdverseEvent
