Hi. My local full build is failing (partial build works). Seems that the example validation fails. Lots of this:
.coding: null (src = InstanceValidator). Anyone else with the same issue?

Also getting an error when trying to build IG locally:
Publishing Content Failed: Error sending Http Request: Connection to http://tx.fhir.org refused
Perhaps these are related?

I'm getting that same tx.fhir.org refused error, can't build IGs locally or via the build server.
