Does anyone know where Jekyll puts its stack trace when it produces a dump?

I haven't looked at the source but Jekyll is likely running Rake for the page generate from markdown, the dump (if it is Rake) would go to stderr. On a windows box, I have no idea where that goes

Are you running jekyll directly, or through the program Grahame wrote?

Grahame's IG builder populates a file in the system temp directory (/tmp/fhir-ig-publisher.log for me, on linux)

yes in user tmp dir
