Topic: Is Note now a defined type

The tooling is issuing warnings as it doesn't like the data type (text) or cardinality (0..1) of some of my note elements, these are not clinical notes, given that they are financial resources, so the guidandance is not applicable. Has 'note' been elevated to a defined term? If so shouldn't we tell people?

note should be Annotation. For string, use 'comment'
