Topic: Improve value of tracker notifications

Is it possible to include the spec (US Core, SANER, etc.) in the tracker notifications? Seeing a tracker item of "Reword this paragraph" means I need to look at the actual tracker item to see if it's something I care about. Putting the spec in the notification would at least help scope it down. Ideally, it would be helpful to know the Resource or page as well.
While we're at it, does anyone see value in the priority and assignee? They never seem to vary.

I think it's a 'standard' bot for Jira - I don't think we can configure it. @Josh Mandel ?
