Anyone know when "resource" was taken out as a search parameter on ImplementationGuide? I believe this is an important search parameter, because it allows you to _include all resources... I stumbled onto this change because I was thinking about requesting that we add "global" as a search parameter, and then found that "resource" was removed entirely.

presumably it was part of the big rework -I don't recall it being a deliberate thing

Ok. That makes sense. I submitted a change request to add it back in, and create a new search param. Thanks @Grahame Grieve
