Currently the jurisdiction is a config parameter and gets added to all the conformance artifacts in the ig-pub. ( note that the country display is wrong for the country code - earlier tracker) . I think it would be nice to have the publisher, and contact also be config parameters too. (possibly status ). before making a new tracker would like to see if others agree.
