it's not clear if you are reporting an issue, or what you are asking (or the context) or why you specific ping Lloyd or Grahame.

Try to provide more context - what is the IG? what are you trying to do? Did you try to fix it? What did you try?

With Trifolia, @Sean McIlvenna is your primary support. However, he'll need more of the log than you've provided. What was the message before it blew up?
