I found a major bug in the IG publisher this morning. I've hacked it a little so it works for 3.0.1 implementation guides, but publishing all implementation guides for R2 and 1.6 is broken right now. I'll hopefully have time to fix in about 20 hours time

also, for anyone working on 3.2.0 implementation guides you'll have to edit any extension definitions you have manually created for new changes to structure definition (building now)

no changes needed if you edited them in forge or use spreadsheets

Hi I am getting STU4 elements isModifierReason, valueSetCanonical... in my 3.0.1 IG build definition.xml.zip artefacts have I missed something or is this a problem?
