The IG Publisher (current build v3.1.0-12574) is hanging after generating narratives from https://github.com/hl7au/au-fhir-base:

This is happening with more than one IG build and a colleague has reverted changes made in one IG to last week when it was known to be working, but the reverted IG hung as well.
Any suggestions?

@Brett Esler When I use the command line execution I get the following error message "Failed to find referenced profile ..." that is not in the GUI output:
Processing Conformance Resources (35.0752sec) Failed to find referenced profile: http://hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition/nofixedaddress Generating Narratives (53.0226sec)
When this is put into the browser I get a "Page not found" for http://www.hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition/nofixedaddress, but http://www.hl7.org.au/fhir/StructureDefinition-nofixedaddress resolves.
