I got this error doing an IG -build

    Publishing Content Failed: Error sending Http Request: Connect to tx.fhir.org:80 timed out (53.0634sec)

You can specify an alternate terminology server. Not sure if NA works, but if it did, the guide wouldn't gen the vocab part correctly
