If you are working on triaging tracker items - have you noticed the groups "Normative-Substantive" and "Normative-nonSubstantive"? This is a way of grouping ballot comments that are related to normative track content. Are you using these groups to help with prioritizing tracker items? Are there other groups that would help you?
